Atelier Or Cadre is developing plastic research and artistic around the old-style gilding, often used in restoration.

The technique of gilding with tempera (primers with rabbit skin glue, bowl of Armenia, precious leaves) constitutes the aesthetic basis of a series of paintings in gilded wood.
Very rich in possibilities, especially for its shine effects ( browning ), it is thus enhanced in original creations.

The gold points bring vibration to these pictures, which change according to the orientation and the light.
